Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations
  • Hire, train, and develop new hires
  • Provide direct and non bias feedback
  • Department management (liquor, wine, and paper goods ordering and inventory)
  • Implement new HR, IT, and payroll systems
  • Teach and learn one new skill everyday
  • Grow the business by 1% everyday

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary DOE, $75,000-$90,000

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00)
