Solid Wine, Spirits and Culinary knowledge are a must as well as a demonstrated history of positive people management.

The position is a 4-day per week role with admin responsibilities as well as floor managing. weekend availability is necessary. The restaurant operates Tuesday- Saturday with some special events on Sunday & Monday.
