Candidate must have:

• Experience in high-volume, fast paced steakhouse restaurants
• 3+ years experience as an Executive Chef and 5+ years restaurant experience overall
• Union management experience
• Steakhouse Butchery preferred, but not required
• Stable work history showing progressive growth
• A positive, flexible, hard-working mindset
