Job Details

We are looking for talented and passionate Hot Line Cook! This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team.

Hot Line Cooks are responsible for delivering and preparing menu items in a timely manner, ensuring great guest satisfaction. Hot Line Cooks will prepare food items using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, and cooking standards to fulfill guests' orders. They will maintain a workstation that is clean and organized while preparing food that results in return guests.

 
We are looking for cooks that:
• Have a culinary degree (preferred), with at least 2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Are team players 
• Are willing to work a flexible schedule and on holidays.

Koloman is a contemporary European restaurant where Chef Markus Glocker blends Parisian creativity with Viennese tradition. It echoes the neighborhood buzz of Secessionist-era European cafes in an iconic NoMad location in the Ace hotel.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $24.00)
