Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading daily restaurant operations and managing shifts effectively.
- Conducting pre-shift meetings and overseeing daily opening and closing procedures.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient shift flow while delivering outstanding guest and employee experiences.
- Providing guidance and fostering a culture of care within the team.
- Handling guest and employee feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assisting the General Manager with financial goals, sales growth, and cost management.
- Participating in the recruitment, training, and development of back-of-house (BOH) teams.
- Managing inventories, placing orders, and overseeing deliveries.
- Promoting teamwork and collaboration across all departments.
- Handling challenges with tact, patience, and courtesy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong guest rapport and team leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (based on experience).
