Chef Brad Kilgore is looking for experienced Chef de Parties to join the opening team of an all new modern Italian and Japanese concept: ama by brad kilgore. This concept will be located on the iconic Transamerica Pyramid property. 

Opening in February ama will have a gorgeous design, highlighted by a world class cocktail program and a never before seen hidden dining room and lounge.

The culinary program will be a mixture of Italian and Japanese techniques and flavors, Itameshi Cuisine is a passion of Chef Kilgore's and he is driven to bring it to the great city of San Francisco.
