Job Details

The Snail is a casual American bistro located in Greenpoint Brooklyn. We are looking for one full-time sous chef to take on the back-of-house responsibilities with the Chef-Owner.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in fine dining and several years in BOH management.
Fluent in English and Spanish
You must have a positive attitude

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $80,000.00)
