Located in Uptown Manhattan, this busy lunch-and-dinner concept with just under 100 seats is known for its elevated full-service offerings. The General Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the restaurant’s operational success by leading with integrity, refining service standards, and working closely with the Executive Chef to align on strategic and fiscal decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams with a collaborative, coaching-driven approach, fostering unity and a positive work environment.
- Maintain and uphold service standards, product quality, and operational excellence in a high-volume setting.
- Perform administrative duties, including financial reporting, scheduling, and facilities management.
- Analyze P&L statements and develop strategies to drive operational improvements and profitability.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination on initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee training initiatives to uphold consistent guest satisfaction and professional growth within the team.
- Build strong relationships with guests, address concerns, and ensure a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and the Director of Operations on staffing and recruitment efforts.
- Drive revenue by executing strategies in partnership with Marketing, Strategy, and Operations teams.
- Oversee daily reservations and private event execution, ensuring flawless delivery of guest services.
- Manage guest recovery efforts by addressing online feedback and resolving complaints promptly.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven General Manager experience (minimum 2+ years) in high-volume upscale or fine dining establishments, preferably in NYC.
- Expertise in elevated full-service operations with a track record of success in busy environments.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team unity and development.
- Familiarity with tools like Micros, Tripleseat, Resy, and Google Workspace.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certification.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and address guest conflicts effectively.
- Proven ability to enhance beverage programs and train staff in service and beverage knowledge.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 annually, DOE
