We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated IT Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology who wish to contribute to the smooth operation of IT systems within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, including backups and updates.
- Document and track IT issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Support the setup of new user accounts, network access, and other system configurations.
- Assist with the implementation of cybersecurity protocols to ensure data protection.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and other common software tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($50,000.00 - $60,000.00)
