We are looking for an energetic, upbeat and enthusiastic person that can make a warm positive first impression on our guests. You must have NYC fine-dining experience and familiarization with the reservation system Opentable is preferred. Candidates should also have superb phone manor and experience in answering multiple telephone lines.
This position will require absolute dedication to the principles of total customer service and satisfaction including but not limited to:
- Direct patrons to where coats and other personal items may be left
- Indicate where patrons can wait until their table is ready
- Escort patrons to their seats and provide menus
- Coat Check and Gift Shop
- Must have open availability
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have open availability and able to work Weekends and Holidays
- Must have a valid Legal State ID, Passport, Greencard and Social Security Card
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00)
