Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of mixology, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervision & Leadership:**
- Lead and train a team of bartenders and bar staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to meet business needs.

- **Mixology & Beverage Creation:**
- Craft innovative cocktails and beverage offerings that align with our brand and customer preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to enhance our drink menu.

- **Customer Service:**
- Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build rapport with regular customers and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

- **Bar Management:**
- Oversee bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.

- **Financial Management:**
- Monitor bar sales and expenses, contributing to budget planning and cost control.
- Implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a bartender, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, including classic and contemporary recipes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
