We are looking for an energetic and outgoing service professional with experience as a Lead Bartender with outstanding customer service skills. You will greet guests at the bar, manage any client requests or needs, and maintain the guest experience throughout their visit, in tandem with the service team.
Our desired candidate will be an energetic people-person, who understands how to read the room and when to enter and exit a conversation appropriately; a team player who can multitask and assist with other duties as needed. Cigar knowledge is not needed, training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills.
- Ability to deal with customer requests courteously, efficiently, and timely.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and fully complete steps of service.
- Cocktail and Beverage knowledge is necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years of bartending experience is required.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds, work on feet for extended periods, and the ability to walk up and down stairs.
