Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse is looking for a dynamic, service-minded Breakfast Server.
Qualified candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests in our Breakfast restaurant Chez Collette. S/He will explain the menu and taking food and beverage orders and serve the food and beverages according to Sofitel and AAA 4-Diamond standards maintaining current knowledge of all menu offerings; to include ingredients, preparation method, and presentation. Other responsibilities include setting up the lounge (mise en place) and assisting the bartender when working the evening shift. Candidate will train as a server for breakfast in Chez Colette and Cocktail Server in Liberté. Must be flexible with schedule. We are seeking a candidate with a luxury state of mind: cordial, elegant, professional, and efficient, and will be willing to go out of his/her way to ‘wow’ our guests with personalized luxury service.
Must have at least 1 year experience as a Breakfast server or similar position.

Compensation: Hourly ($7.25) plus tips
