Imperfecto is a fine dining restaurant in the West End by Enrique Limardo and the team behind Seven Reasons. The restaurant is inspired in the intersection between the Mediterranean & Latin American Cultures, and sustained in Enrique Limardo's bold culinary approach. In 2022, Imperfecto received its first Michelin star for its Chef's Table Degustation experience.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Host(ess) is an essential part of the Imperfecto team who, along with other team members, is in charge of the customer experience. Professionalism, friendliness, superb tableside manners, teamwork, and nimbleness help ensure unique dining and entertainment experience for our guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: (Other duties will be assigned as needed) Must be willing and able to do the following:

Provide friendly, refined, and highly professional service to customers.
Ensure that every guest receives exceptional overall experience.
Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
Take reservations from guests.
Confirm reservations on a daily basis.
Manage the flow of guests into the dining room, confirm reservations or provide accurate wait times.
Communicate special guest needs to the server and manager.
Manage the guest coat closet, take and return guests coats, bags, hats, and other accessories.
Maintain neat and professional appearance.
Come to work in clean uniform and maintain clean uniform and overall appearance through entire duration of your shift.
Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies.
