Aska is a fine dining, two Michelin-starred restaurant owned by Swedish chef Fredrik Berselius. We serve a 12-14 course tasting menu in an intimate yet spacious, ten-table dining room.

A Front Server at Aska supports the Captain with a primary responsibility of marking silverware and glassware as well as clearing each course as guests finish.
The Front Server is able to communicate clearly and concisely with teammates and guests. They should be able to direct and delegate, as needed. They should also be able to communicate with the kitchen team about allergies, fire tickets, hold fires, etc.
Front Servers are excellent at organization and ensure that all mise en place, tools, station and tables are prepared for service that evening.

This is a full-time position that requires availability for dinner services Wednesday through Sunday with occasional availability for lunch service on Sunday.
