Key Responsibilities:

• Gelato Production: Prepare and produce gelato according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.

• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain gelato-making machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to operational guidelines.

• Ingredient Management: Measure, mix, and handle ingredients accurately, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring freshness.

• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of products throughout the production process, conducting taste tests and making necessary adjustments.

• Sanitation and Safety: Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume production environment, preferably in gelato or ice cream manufacturing.
