Southwark is hiring for an experienced Support Staff member. Must be a team player and love food, wine and the hospitality of it all. We are a small staff and we love working with nice, talented individuals, high quality ingredients all with a sense urgency and pride in what we do! If this sounds like an environment that suits you, please reach out. Experience in a similar environment is preferred however, we love teaching; experience in a detailed setting and/or a face paced restaurant is a must!
If you’re unfamiliar with us, Southwark is a restaurant and bar specializing in local and seasonal products, homemade pastas, bread, etc. as well as craft cocktails and good wine! Ambra, our small modern Italian tasting menu is next door and operates out of the same kitchen. All staff interact with guests from both restaurants. The newest addition to the Ambra dining experience is the chefs counter in the kitchen which will host one table of 2-4 guests and our dining room table for 10.
