YELLOW Union Market are seeking PM Line Cooks to join the team, who is excited about bringing a sincere sense of hospitality to a great space on Morse St NE in the hear of Union Market. The team at Yellow Union Market is excited to launch a brand new concept, All The Kebabs for PM service.

Chef/owner Michael Rafidi takes inspiration from his family’s Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the region’s coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen. The Union Market location of YELLOW expands on the lunch offerings with pastries which meld Levantine ingredients with classic French technique. Along with kebabs, pita sandwiches, mezze and inventive coffee offerings by day. 

The ideal PM Line Cook candidate has at least 2 years of cooking experience.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($24.00 - $26.00)
