Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant environment
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines 
• Professional, personable, and polished demeanor
• Familiarity with Asian cuisine is desirable but not required
