- Coordinate multiple food orders at one time, working with kitchen and serve staff.
- Deliver food and beverages outdoors in an efficient and timely manner with attention to special guest requests.
- Keep work area and equipment neat, clean and sanitized.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Related experience in a fast-paced, busy restaurant setting with high level attention to detail required.
- Ability to follow procedures and take directions.
- Courteous and efficient customer service with ability to anticipate customer's needs.
- Ability to stand and walk for entirely of shift, including bending, grasping, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
- Lift and carry food trays and items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- May work in areas with small spaces around other co-workers and navigate seating areas.
