Exciting opportunity for a driven Pasta Cook/Line cook eager to learn and grow with a company. CENTO was started from Chef Avner's desire to share his experiences with the people around him through cooking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Please customers by providing a pleasant dining experience
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our restaurant's high standards
Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Assists with receipt of deliveries.
Ensures smooth operation of pasta station
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules.
Assists with orienting new employees to their work area.
Assists with daily prep
Works closely with Chef de Cuisine / Sous Chef to continuously improve operations
Assist with inventory and purchases

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $500
