We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to help lead our culinary team and deliver the exceptional dining experiences we’re known for.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
• Contribute to menu development, introducing innovative ideas aligned with the restaurant’s vision.
• Oversee inventory, manage food costs, and maintain efficient kitchen workflows.
• Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and compliant kitchen.
• Step in to manage kitchen operations in the Executive Chef’s absence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale, high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for culinary innovation and dedication to guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and inventory management.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment.
