Job Details

Lulla, the restaurant at Motto Chelsea is looking to add vibrant hosts to our team. Lulla is an Italian-inspired restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is a role for outgoing people who want to engage with interesting guests and team members alike. The host position is responsible for the following tasks:

Welcoming and seating guests with detailed explanations about our restaurant and ordering systems.
Helping management plan the shift by arranging the seating for upcoming reservations.
Reaching out to confirm reservations.
Helping keep our spaces clean and welcoming to ensure new guests enjoy a warm environment.
Supporting servers and bartenders by sharing knowledge of the tables.
Setting up the floor with the team &/or breaking it down and the end of the shift.
Menu cleanliness.

This role offers an opportunity to grow as you will be inundated with information about the roles around you. Hosting is a fantastic way to grow into a server, bartender, or manager depending on your professional goals.

*Experience is not required, as common sense, kindness, and training are the key to this job.
**AM/PM availability is a must.

Compensation Details
