Responsibilities:
    •    Assist the Owner in planning, preparing, and executing a creative vegan menu.
    •    Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive team environment.
    •    Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization.
    •    Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock management to minimize waste.
    •    Experiment with new plant-based recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
    •    Step into leadership during the Owners absence.

Qualifications:
    •    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (vegan experience preferred)
    •    Strong knowledge of plant-based ingredients, techniques, and food trends.
    •    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service.
    •    Excellent organizational and communication skills.
