Overview

A fast-paced Michelin ranked restaurants seeks an established and passionate Assistant General Manager with a strong technical background in fine dining . The right candidate will be someone that loves service, food and beverage. The right candidate is a true Someone with Michelin and/or Forbes 5 star F&B experience is preferred.

Must be eligible to work in the US

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Manage operations and finances of business
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Drive development of employees
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years as an AGM or higher
• 5+ years in fine dining restaurants and/or Forbes 5 star F&B settings
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Management or Hospitality preferred
• Experience managing top line between $7-10mm
• Experience managing teams of up to 100 employees
• Experience with CA labor laws in preferred but not required
• Management and Customer Service experience
• Strong administrative skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
• Strong communications skills
