One Michelin-starred restaurant, Oxomoco, is seeking a passionate and experienced FOH Manager to join our team! Our FOH Manager will work closely with our GM to uphold the company’s ethos and policies while improving and elevating service standards.
Primary Duty
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure satisfaction of all guests; touches tables at every service to cultivate regulars
- Ensures consistent execution of food, beverage, service, and hospitality that aligns with our company values
- Conducts pre-shift meetings
- Ensures that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed by the entire restaurant team
Qualified candidates will have:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a restaurant management position
- A passion for excellence in hospitality
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire service team members
- Proficiency in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Toast preferred
- Bilingual English /Spanish a plus
