Host

After Lounge owned by Chef Curtis Duffy and Michael Muser is currently seeking dedicated employees to join our host team. Located in Fulton Market, this full-time position is Tuesday-Saturday with operation hours 4pm-12am. 

Host

The host position is one of the most important in a restaurant, as it is the first person to meet our guests as well as the last person before they depart for the evening. This is an ideal position for someone who is dedicated to providing great service and is seeking to become a member of a hard-working and fun team! Experience controlling high volume is preferred, but not necessary. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Knowledge of TOCK or similar reservation management platforms
• Previous host experience
• Customer service skills
• Appropriate customer language/communication

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to lift 10- 20lbs if necessary. 
• Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment. 
• Stand and walk for the entirety of an eight-hour shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant.
