About the Role:
As a Server at OH LA LA, you’ll be a key part of our new dinner service, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a sit-down dining format. You will work closely with the FOH team and managers to ensure seamless, high-quality service for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Take orders accurately and ensure all food and beverages are served promptly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including dinner and wine offerings, to make informed recommendations.
- Upsell menu items and communicate specials or seasonal offerings.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with the FOH team to create a positive, efficient working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with wine and beer service is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability: Flexible evening and weekend availability.
- Attitude: Passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a proactive mindset.
