```Experience```
- Previous experience as a bartender or server for a minimum of 3 years is required
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages and their characteristics
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Basic math skills for calculating drink prices, making change, and managing inventory
- Familiarity with food service procedures, including handling food safely and serving appetizers or snacks alongside drinks
- Experience in banquet or event bartending is desirable but not required

Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in the relevant jurisdiction)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy beverage containers
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the establishment
