Requirements:

Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience
Intermediate to advanced knife skills
Must be able to work and clean efficiently in a very high paced environment
Must be passionate about cooking, seafood, and service. It needs to show
Must be able to work weekends and willing to work overtime when needed

Details:

Full time 40 hrs+ per week

$25 per hour ($19 base pay + $6 from tip pool)
