Job Details
Tsukimi is a unique counter dining experience with 12 seats and offers a modern take on kaiseki, a multi-course Japanese dinner. We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working line cook with strong work ethic. Experience in Japanese ingredients and cuisine is preferred, but not required. Applicants should have legal working status, and have availability 4-5 days a week, Wednesday through Sunday from 2:30PM-11PM, and also be flexible to rotate through morning prep shifts when required. Starting pay rate will be based on experience. As an intimate space, applicants should feel comfortable working in small spaces.
