The ideal candidate will possess a contagious passion for food and wine, and have the knowledge, resources, and experience in how to lead and build a team. Level 2 Sommelier or higher. Must have a strong history of managing COGS. Binwise experience a plus. Bringing an innate sense of ownership to your position on a daily basis is at your core.
This is a fine-dining concept that serves every day modern-Italian food with the finest quality ingredients available. The wine list consists of over 800 unique SKUs and growing, and has already earned a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in its infant stages.
