Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher
will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment,
utensils, and dishes. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth kitchen operations and contributing
to a clean and safe dining environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
 Washing and sanitizing: Clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans using
dishwashers or by hand.
 Maintaining cleanliness: Ensure the dishwashing area is clean and well-organized at all
times.
 Storing equipment: Properly store cleaned dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools in their
designated areas.
 Trash and waste management: Dispose of kitchen waste and empty trash bins regularly.
 Assisting the kitchen team: Help with basic food preparation, cleaning, and other tasks
as needed.
 Maintaining health and safety standards: Follow proper sanitation and hygiene
practices in compliance with local health regulations.
 Dishwasher maintenance: Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, report any
malfunctions or required repairs.

Qualifications:
 Experience: Prior experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is preferred but not required.
 Skills:
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong attention to detail.
o Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
o Team-oriented and reliable.
 Work hours: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
