Job Details

We are looking for a multi-unit chef to oversee several restaurants in Los Angeles. This is more of a systems/training role than a creative role. Very organized company that is about to ramp up expansion and now needs a strong corporate chef to oversee current and implement new systems company wide. You MUST have ran multiple units to be considered for this position.

This is a position that will involve a lot of hands-on training with the chefs and sous chefs. The company has great systems and training programs and are looking to add to that strong foundation. The company is big on ongoing development to all the kitchen management and the need is for someone that is a great mentor to teach and train our kitchen management.
This position will also assist with new menu roll outs, working closely with the team to ensure consistency and quality, not only on the roll out but with the day-to-day operations. You will be overseeing the progress and growth of the kitchen management crew so strong follow up and accountability is a must. The ability to work multiple restaurants knowing each restaurant has it’s own “personality” and each team needs to be approached differently yet consistent with corporate values is very important.

You must have a very strong background with all restaurant financials, COGs, computer skills and be hyper organized. Attention to detail is paramount.

This is not an office job but there are a lot of administrative duties as well. You will be in the restaurants and kitchens more than an office so it’s very important you love to teach/train and cook!
Offering a starting base salary around $140k and an amazing benefit and bonus package.
