Your Role with the Company:

The Multi-Unit Chef de Cuisine is responsible for managing all operations of the kitchen. Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily operations across three unique restaurant concepts, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service
  • Conduct regular line checks and quality control measures to guarantee consistent food preparation and presentation
  • Uphold and ensure adherence to SOP’s to guarantee consistency and exceptional quality
  • Mentor, train, and coach culinary teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented kitchen culture
  • Monitor and verify recipe accuracy, ensuring proper scaling and adherence to established guidelines
  • Actively support teams during peak times, stepping in where needed to maintain efficiency and morale
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure sufficient stock and minimize waste
  • Control food and labor costs effectively, striving to meet or exceed budget targets while maintaining quality and operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement through hands-on leadership, promoting accountability and excellence
  • Demonstrate humility and coachability, leading by example to inspire professionalism and teamwork

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine in an upscale full-service dining restaurant, multi-unit CDC experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to oversee and support multiple locations while maintaining a unified approach to operations
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of Italian cuisine, with above-average knowledge to guide menu execution and innovation
  • Compassionate and self-driven, with a natural aptitude for leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of excellence
  • Exceptional communication skills, creating collaboration across teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Ability to embody and promote the restaurant group’s culture and philosophy, creating a cohesive and aligned team environment
  • Skilled in mentoring and inspiring teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence and maintain high morale

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00 - $115,000.00)
