RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests
• Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
• Own guest bookings through Opentable to ensure a smooth service
• Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
• Know and try to upsell all our activities to guests
• Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at the host area.
• Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and activities
• Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Performs other duties as directed.
