We are committed to chef and product driven food, warm hospitality, a craft bar, and unique and cutting-edge design. Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable forward, emphasizing technique and baking know how. We are community oriented and care deeply about art and style. We are passionate about restaurants!
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Executive Chef to lead our team. A qualified candidate will be a positive-minded and inspirational role model, passionate about product, committed to upholding our culinary standards, and skilled at building a team.
Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty, Superba Food + Bread, Superba Snacks and Coffee, and Pitfire Pizza. We have locations throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego County.
We Offer:
- Base salary $100,000-$110,000 plus Benefits and Perks
- Quarterly bonus potential

Qualifications:
- Have at least 2 years of high-volume EC, CDC or Exec Sous experience in a chef driven environment that values product
- General oversight of Superba’s culinary vision, standard and operation
- Hire, train and develop a high performing, motivated and positive culinary team
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of business ops and financials
- Possess extensive ingredient knowledge and an understanding of culinary trends
- Proven track record of developing successful dishes
- Flexible and open availability is required
