Areas of Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored.
- Help monitor and achieve company objectives in sales, service standards, and quality.
- Three years of service experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant.
- Strong beverage knowledge - specifically wine.
- Proven track record of dependability and a passion for hospitality.
- Enthusiasm about expanding wine knowledge - ideally enrolled in WSET or similar wine education programs.
Our goal is to be the best hospitality, wine-focused business in the country. We want our teams to have constant professional and personal growth in wine, the restaurant industry, and hospitality.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($10.65) plus tips
