CHIKO is a restaurant focused on Chinese and Korean cuisine in Washington DC. CHIKO is from The Fried Rice Collective, which also operates four other CHIKO locations, I Egg You, Anju, and District Catering. Most recently, our team has been brought on to handle the kitchen operations at The wineLair, a private members only club featuring a beautiful dining room and lounge, with a small but diverse menu to compliment all of the wines showcased in house or by the members.
We are looking for an individual who can join our team to assist with special events and catering done through CHIKO, as well as work a few shifts at The wineLair as we continue to build the team and program there. Applicants must have a flexible schedule, and we are also seeking applicants who have no problem with transportation to get to various locations around the area.
