ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to guidelines of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
- Maintain a clean, safe environment in the dining room and all service stations
- Complete side-work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
- Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive approachable and gracious services at all times
- Deliver exceptional service consistently
- Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working environment
- Operate ethically to protect the image of the company
- Understand and perform job duties to the expectation
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Embody a warm and engaging personality with poise and elegance
- A minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience is needed with food, wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
- Must have a strong sense of urgency
- Must be conscious of physical presentation, meticulous to detail, and clean work habits
- Possess the ability to multitask with a calm demeanor and be able to maintain order under pressure
- Be professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
- Be self-disciplined, show initiative, and demonstrate a high degree of drive and determination
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player
- Full-time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
