Sous Chef

Saloon Restaurant, Philadelphia’s best italian up scale steak house in search of a chef who displayed leadership but who also can work as a team. We lead by example and only want to continue to creature a positive work environment.

Culinary school degree is a plus. Experience necessary in sauté, grill, stocks, sauces, properly cooked proteins, pastas, seafood, and soups. Bi-lingual or Spanish speaking is a plus. We are very serious about taste and preparation.
