Creative Cocktail Bar seeking Beverage Director who will also tend bar. Responsibilities include ongoing, seasonal cocktail development and back bar procurement.  
Must have an understanding of classic and modern techniques, including force carbonation, clarification, sous vide infusions. Must have extensive knowledge of spirits and liqueurs and a passion for all things cocktails.
