Dune restaurant in Atwater is searching for a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individual for a floor manager to join our team, who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The candidate must demonstrate:
• Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar executive role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency with restaurant management software, scheduling, and delivery apps
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and professional attitude with a problem-solving aptitude
• Oversee and maintain the facility's functional operation and cleanliness
• Generate valuable and genuine relationships within the community
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain the restaurant as a preferred destination for our guests

• Training of new staff as well as veteran staff to ensure product knowledge and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor staff performance and create and sustain a desirable workplace
  • Take ownership of the assigned division of responsibilities
  • Available to work the afternoon/evening shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods

Duties would include:

Managing the front of the house.

Must be willing to work weekends and nights.
