Marky’s Caviar on Madison Avenue is our first location in New York City and the original retail front for our Michelin Plate restaurant, Huso, a caviar-speakeasy concept with seating for 12 tucked away behind the curtains of Marky's Caviar.
With Huso's upcoming move to Tribeca, this existing location will remain under the helm of Corporate Executive Chef Buddha Lo, where it will continue to serve an extended caviar-inspired à la carte menu and caviar service in its speakeasy concept under the Marky's Caviar name.
Marky’s Caviar retail-front brings the refined tastes of global gourmet boutiques to Manhattan’s Upper East Side, offering a carefully curated selection of delicacies from around the world. Stop in to discover to discover an assortment of gourmet foods including caviar, foie gras, fresh truffles, Italian cheeses, Spanish meats, fine wines, champagnes, chocolates, and more. While shopping, inquire about our exclusive “farm-to-spoon” concept, featuring caviars harvested directly by our subsidiary, Sturgeon Aquafarms. Marky’s on Madison is also our only location offering hand-selected caviar under Marky’s “Private Stock” label, reserved exclusively by our specialists.
Our employees are taught valuable knowledge on caviar and other gourmet food products as they hone both their retail and cook/server skills.
