Job Details

Cicala at The Divine Lorraine is seeking full time cooks for the pizza and meat/fish stations. Skills should include light butchering/portioning, sauce making, basic knife and prep skills, cleanliness, positive attitude, commitment and punctuality and above all, passion and love for Italian cuisine.

This is a great kitchen to learn traditional Italian cooking methods. We offer a very professional atmosphere geared toward education and skill building. Very positive, fun and upbeat atmosphere. We keep an extremely clean and organized kitchen.
