As Noksu enters it's 2nd year we are looking for somebody that will help bring us to the next level.
Striving to be better than yesterday and performing at the highest standards is something we live by here at Noksu. 

The perfect candidate for this position is somebody earns the respect of others and leads by example and experience. This person should be able to train the team but also step in and get their hands dirty when needed. 

Experience in fine dining is a must and understanding the restaurant from every point of view is crucial. 
Attention to details is everything. 
Please have strong knowledge in wines and beverages. 

Compensation Details

Nōksu is helmed by Chef Dae Kim, a Korean native, who found his calling here in the U.S working at many restaurants, most recently Per Se.

Nōksu offers a 12-course tasting menu served at a 15-seat counter within our kitchen. Chef Dae presents imaginative interpretations of Korean fare through the lens of modern American technique and sensibilities.

The space is designed by Claire Soojin Kim of Team Standard Design. Inspired by Korean ink-and-wash paintings, the space reflects the calm yet intense atmosphere found in a valley. An eight-seat private dining room is located to the rear.
