Job Details
Elia Chicago is looking to expand our team.
Part-time/ Full-time

What we’re looking for in a candidate:
Hardworking, professional, and enthusiastic.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Team player, eager to learn and grow.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.

SERVER ASSITANT:
Able to multitask and anticipate guests needs.
Clear, re-set, and build tables in a timely manner.
Mark table in between courses with proper silverware.
Ability to stay calm and composed during fast paced dinner service.
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work space.

SERVER:
Provide knowledgeable menu suggestions and pairings.
Attention to detail when taking orders and entering into POS.
Ability to stay calm and composed during fast paced dinner service.
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work space.

BARTENDER:
Experience providing full dinner service at the bar.
Provide knowledgeable menu suggestions and pairings.
Knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic cocktails.
Ability to work both bar top and service well.
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work space.

HOST:
Experience with OpenTable is a must.
Welcoming and positive attitude.
Speak clearly, confidently, and effectively.
Telephone skills.
Attention to detail.
Communicates in a professional manner with team members.
Ability to stay calm and composed during fast paced dinner service.
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work space.
