The Busser position will be responsible for the following: 

• Maintaining a clean and organized busser station
• Polishing silverware and glasses
• Restroom checks and general floor maintenance
• Moving with urgency to pre-bus, bus, wipe and reset tables throughout the dining room. Bussers must move with care and be detail oriented at all times - cleanliness is a top priority for the restaurant
• Running food with accuracy and placing plates on tables with grace
• Communicating with hosts, managers and expo constantly
• Respecting the facility - picking up trash, cleaning up after yourself, taking the initiative to clean, finishing your sidework, letting managers know if anything is in disrepair
• Helping teammates in the FOH or BOH, being present and aware in order to assist with any spills or special requests

• Knowing your schedule and showing up to work on-time. Awareness and self-management with break times and clock out times is crucial to the success of each shift

Compensation:

• $17-$18/hr based on experience
