Brand new Los Angeles restaurant, SOMERVILLE seeking experienced SERVERS to join culinary team to create a James Beard/Michelin experience. Serving contemporary American fare. Hiring ASAP.
- Busy restaurant with the ability to move at a fast pace.
- Stand on feet for up to and more than 6 hours.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Servers MUST possess wine knowledge; natural wine knowledge a plus.
- Open availability including days, evenings and weekends.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
Qualifications:
* Ability to work weekends and holidays.
* Restaurant experience a must.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Provide fast, friendly and professional service to our guests.
* Hands on experience in working with wine; Ability to sell wine and follow wine steps of service.
* Strong knowledge of Culinary Arts and Food History a plus.
* CA Food Handlers Card + RBS Training Cert + Harassment Training Cert required.
