Bartender
All members for The Parlour Room waitstaff should be knowledgeable, seasoned and passionate – with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Organized, with a love for hospitality, the right candidate must have high service standards while simultaneously exuding warmth and kindness.

Position Requirements
- At least, 6-years of bartending experience
- Passionate, with vast knowledge of whiskey (national & international,) artisanal cocktails, flavor profiles and food pairings
- Superior in pouring, mixing, garnishing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong ability to service, educate and sell
- Strong ability to anticipate needs and consistently provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of POS system (Toast)
- Ability to attend pre-shift meetings, monthly training workshops and regular communication meetings
- Food handler’s certificate a plus
